Effective Winter09 Amend rule 14.D to require that all players on a team roster must play in a minimum of three (3) regular season matches to be eligible to play in the division playoffs and League Championships. Currently the rule is set to two (2) regular season matches. Passed Dec08 by Board of Directors.

Bylaws Effective Feb07 FEB07 Captain's meetings ratified the following change:  Added  "If for some reason he/she is unable to do so then he/she will appoint someone to do so" as the last sentence in Article VI - Officers, Section 6, Paragraph 7 relative to ED as the WADA representative to ADO.
