Online Payments

Use either of the following options to make your payment:

REMEMBER to FAX (888 476-0665) or email your Roster or Add Player form after making your PayPal payment. 

 

Pay by echeck from your checking account (no fee): Pay by credit card thru PayPal (Shipping/Handling fee of up to $5 is automatically added):
 

Complete the 2 fields below then click the PayPal Payments button.

Then enter the Amount to be paid in Quantity and click the Update button.

  On the PayPal screen, change Quantity to the Amount to be paid, then click the Update button.

Note:  On the PayPal site, you need to enter the Amount to be paid in the Quantity field then click the Update button.

            * Shipping/Handling charge is $1 under $40, $2 under $70, $3 under $100, $4 under $130, $5 for $130 and up.

 

PROBLEMS/ERRORS ?

  Be sure you entered the same Name as shown on the credit card statement as well as the Address & Phone associated with the credit card.

  You'll also need to enter the 3 digit code from the back of the credit card.

  Check with your bank to be sure their Fraud Protection unit didn't red flag and halt the transaction.
